Now students of NEET will be able to sit in the exams till the age of 25

The government is going to end the compulsions of just three attempts to sit in the examination.MCI has also stamped its proposal on the proposal of the Union Health Ministry. According to the new rules, students will be able to sit for this test maximum 9 times till age criteria of 25 years.
Under the proposal approved by MCI, the upper age limit will be 25 years for the general category and for 30 years for SCs, judges, OBCs and handicapped persons for sitting in the proper place. For the calculation of age, the date of April 30 has been fixed every year. While the minimum age should be 17 years as on December 31 in the year of entry.Under the new rules,the obligation of three attempts to sit down for the candidates has been abolished.Candidates will be able to make maximum effort according to the age limit.If a student of the general category takes the exam for the first time at the age of 17, he will get maximum of nine opportunities.And the reserved category candidate will get 14 opportunities.
Now students of NEET will be able to sit in the exams till the age of 25,neet 2018

Neet was implemented in the country from 2017.It was then raised that if those students who took part in the PMT examination in the past,those efforts will be counted.Then the government had said that since it is being started since 2017 so 2017 will be considered as the first attempt. But now the government is ending this number. According to the ministry this year it will be implemented. This decision will reduce the pressure on students to pass the exam in three times.
